Customers are now able to request a virtual test drive as a contact-free way to buy a car. They will pick out the vehicles (or vehicles) of their choice, and their sales specialist will take the vehicle on a test drive, with someone recording them to show how the vehicle drives as they explain the key features. From there, the customer will be able to submit a secure, online credit app through www.kelleyautomotivegroup.com so that a manager will be able to put together a deal package for them.
