Whether it's because people want to make the process of buying a car, truck, or SUV quick and easy-or because people are trying to limit in-person interactions as COVID-19 cases increase all over the state, including in Polk County-we're finding that more and more customers are calling in and requesting a virtual test drive. However, the question we get over and over again is: how does a virtual test drive work? The short answer is that it's really easy! But since we know you want to know the details, we thought we'd break the process down for you, step-by-step. Here are the steps: 1. First, you'll call (844) 885-6132 or fill out a form on this website to let us know which vehicle you're interested in. You'll be speaking with someone in internet sales, and they'll be asking you for a few key points of information, including your first and last name, phone number, email address, as well as information on the vehicle you're interested in. At this point, you can go ahead and let them know if you'd like to visit us in person, or if you'd like to request a virtual test drive and free local home delivery. 2. If you decide you'd like to buy your new vehicle remotely, we'll start by taking the vehicle you're interested in on a quick, filmed test drive. This not only allows you to get a closer look at the vehicle you're interested in, but you'll also get the chance to see how it drives. This is also a great time to send over any questions you have about the vehicle, so that we can answer any questions for you while filming. 3. While a truck specialist is filming your walkaround video, the internet salesperson will text you over a link to our secure, online credit application. They'll also request a copy of your driver's license for identity verification purposes. Once you've filled out the application and we've received a copy of your driver's license, we'll be able to start processing your application as soon as you've reviewed your virtual test drive! 3. Once you've reviewed the virtual test drive and decided you want to move forward, we'll start processing your credit application! While we work on that, you can help us value your trade by providing some information to your internet specialist, including the VIN number for your trade, as well as the mileage. Clear internal and external pictures will also help us give you the most accurate remote appraisal up front, and you can text them to us! Keep in mind that good pictures are important because the trade appraisal is dependent on the vehicle being accurately presented to us. If we show up and there's a big dent that you didn't tell us about ... well, that's going to change things a little bit. 4. Once you've decided you want the new car, truck, or SUV to be yours, you have two options to finalize everything. One, you can still come into the dealership, take the vehicle for a final test drive, sign your paperwork, and take your vehicle home. OR, if you want a more contact-free option, we do offer free local home delivery. We will sanitize the vehicle and bring it to you, along with all the necessary paperwork. The tag and title work will already be done, and we'll just need a few minutes to verify your trade while you sign the paperwork, and then you'll be on your way with your new vehicle! Purchases do come with our standard seven-day-buyback guarantee, and out-of-state delivery is an option as well! As more and more people seek to make the car-buying experience easier, Kelley Automotive Group is committed to offering an array of buying options to help make the process easier for all the citizens of Polk County. Whether you're looking for a truck in Lakeland, a new Buick Encore or GMC Sierra in Bartow, a hard-to-find and one-of-a-kind Jeep in Winter Haven, or some help rebuilding your credit at our Auburndale location, the Kelley Automotive Group is committed to being here for you!

We Want to Pay Top Dollar for Your Trade!
Right now, your trade is worth much more than it was a few months ago-especially if it's a truck! As inventory gets harder to come by, prices at the auctions are skyrocketing, but most of that additional profit is going back to the auction houses and dealers ... not the consumer! We'd rather buy directly from our community, cutting out the middle man and putting that extra money in your pocket. You can stop by any of our Kelley Automotive Group dealerships-the truck store in Lakeland, Kelley Buick GMC in Bartow, Kelley's Used Cars in Auburndale, Kelley of Winter Haven, and Big Bend in Chiefland, FL-and we'll have a manager evaluate the current value of your vehicle. Just last week we said we'd pay you up to $500 more for your trade than we normally would ... but values have gone up more since then. We're now willing to pay up to 150% of the value of your trade to keep that money in our local community! What's more is that we have both an in-house customs shop and a truck store that specializes in lifted trucks, so we know what a custom truck is worth. Even the best online appraisal will only give you an estimate of what it's worth ... in stock condition. Bringing your truck to us instead could put hundreds more dollars in your pocket! The Kelley Automotive Group is family/locally-owned and operated in Polk County, FL, and we know that your trade is worth more now than it has been all year-and probably will be again-and we want to give you that top dollar for your trade! Find Kelley Lakeland's Stolen Truck and Get $5,000
When the staff at Kelley Lakeland showed up to work last Friday morning, June 19th, they were in for a rude awakening when they found out that one of our trucks had been stolen overnight. It appears that the culprit hot wired our 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie SLT. The truck is a Cummins with a manual transmission ... meaning they're not easy to come by. It appears that the alleged thief circled the building and parked across the street from our back entrance, which is not open to customers. As best we can tell, the culprit was driving a white, older model (around 2000) Chevrolet Silverado 2500 extra cab pickup with black fender flares and black side molding on it. Kelley Lakeland is offering a $5,000.00 reward to the person who finds the truck.

Introducing You to the Top-of-the-Line Denali at Kelley Automotive Group in Polk County, FL
Are you ready for your truck or SUV driving experience to never be the same? Once you've gone Denali, it's hard to ever consider going back. At Kelley Automotive Group, we see every day the smiles and excitement radiating from customers after they take a Denali out for a spin. There's a reason for that-GMC's Denali trim can't be beat. At Kelley Automotive, we can't wait to hand you the keys so you can see for yourself. In the meantime, read on for an overview that'll get you excited for the Denali experience. What is the Denali Line? The Denali Line is GMC's premium trim level that offers the best in luxury, looks, technology, and capability. Vehicles included in the Denali line are the GMC Terrain, Acadia, and Yukon for SUVS, and the Canyon, Sierra, and Next Generation Sierra for trucks. When you choose Denali, you're guaranteed the best GMC has to offer. And - we're not going to sugarcoat it - you'll also be getting some of the most stunningly gorgeous vehicles on the highway. Shop Denali SUVs Shop Denali Trucks Comparing the Denali and the SLT Here, the Terrain SLT trim is on the left and the Denali is on the right. The SLT is the trim level option priced between the standard SLE and the Denali. While the SLT is loaded with impressive features and capabilities, there are significant differences when it comes to luxury and power. For example, when considering the Sierra, the Denali is equipped with multiple engine options including the 5.3L EcoTec3 V8, the 6.2L EcoTec3 V8, or the 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel Engine. The SLT, however, only has the option of the 5.3L EcoTec3 V8. A variety of engine options with the Denali allows for more power and capability if that's something you desire. When it comes to looks and features, it's simply tough to touch what the Denali delivers. For the Denali, 20-inch aluminum wheels are standard, compared to the SLT's 18-inch. The Denali also boasts an unbeatable multicolor 15" head-up display and rear camera mirror, an array of chrome accents including an eye-catching grille, and a refined interior that will have every passenger starry-eyed. History of the Denali Line In 1999, the GMC Yukon was the first model to carry the Denali nameplate, raising the bar against competitors like the Ford Expedition. Ever since, the Denali Line has continued to grow and impress - often thought of as a symbol of high status. Interestingly, the word "Denali" derives from the Koyukon Athbascan language, translating to "The Great One." So it's only fitting that GMC uses "Denali" to describe their highest luxury trim. Test Drive a Denali Truck or SUV at Kelley Automotive Group Today Are you in or nearby Auburndale, Bartow, Chiefland, Lakeland, or Winter Haven? Resources for Parents in Polk County During COVID-19
While social distancing and isolation have been hard on all of us Floridians during the COVID-19 outbreak, I think it's safe to say that it's been incredibly hard on families with young children at home. Many Central Florida parents are now tasked with trying to teach while working remotely, a lack of access to childcare if you do work for an essential business, and children are bored because they haven't been able to go to school, see their friends, or do most of the things they normally do. At the Kelley Automotive Group, it is important for us to be here for our local Polk County community, and a lot of our efforts go back to supporting children and families in our community. While many of those endeavors including donating $100,000 to the Polk County Youth Fair, sponsoring local youth sports teams, or supporting existing community events like Full Moon Howl that help support children and families, right now we're hoping to be able to shed some light on some free resources available to families during these trying times. Here are ten resources available to families and students to help: Reading Rainbow is back! Ok, not really, but LeVar Burton will be hosting a livestream story hour three times a week on Twitter. Story time for children will be at 12 p.m. ET on Mondays, and the Young Adult story time will be at 6 p.m. ET on Wednesdays. He's even hosting one for adults at 9 p.m. on Fridays! Nike is helping your student athlete keep a routine. All Nike members (and signing up for the Nike Training app is free, so anyone can be a member) will have free access to Nike Training Club Premium until further notice. Not only does the app have free workouts that are perfect for athletes who want to stay on top of their game for next season, but there are workouts for a variety of skill levels to help get the family moving while we don't have access to all our favorite activities. Just search "Nike Training Club" in the app store. Learn a new language ... for free. If you or your child has ever wanted to learn another language, now is a great time to get started. Rosetta Stone is offering their tool free for students for the next 90 days. Is your child missing Disney? They have an opportunity to learn how the magic happens (for free) with Khan Academy's online Imagineering in a Box class. This class could help jumpstart their imagination and help them create their own stories, which will certainly keep them plenty occupied while their stuck at home! America's Test Kitchen is offering free options to help you cook. While it's important to support local restaurants during the pandemic, eating out every day isn't feasible for most of us. America's Test Kitchen is stepping in to help with 50 of their all-time favorite recipes for free (they normally charge a monthly subscription fee). Free HBO. I know it may not be ideal to think of your (probably older) child spending more time in front of a screen during the pandemic, but sometimes you have to pick your battles (and do you really want to hear more live updates about Animal Crossing?!). In order to help keep us all entertained, HBO made 500 hours of programming available, no subscription required. Content ranges from series like "The Wire" to movies like "Detective Pikachu." AT&T is funding free access to Caribu. Caribu is a video-calling app that integrates children's books, coloring activities, and games, and it will now be free until May 24, 2020. It bills itself as both a learning and social tool, and it could be vital in helping families maintain connections while they can't actually be together. With popular titles like Thomas & Friends and Barbie, Caribu may be a great way to help young kids and grandparents stay connected! Samsung is offering a 30-day free trial of Samsung Kids+. Anyone with a Samsung phone or tablet can sign up for a 30-day trial of kid-friendly, parent-controlled fun and educational service, which hosts popular titles like "My Little Pony" and "The Cat in the Hat." Spectrum is offering free internet and WiFi. For 60 days, Spectrum is offering free access for new accounts for students and teachers. Households with Pre-K to 12th grade or college students-and households with teachers-who don't already have an account will be able to sign up for free to help students stay connected. They're also waiving installation fees for these new accounts. Sesame Street is offering free eBooks for little ones. In addition to offering resources on home learning for young children, they're offering access to hundreds of Sesame Street eBooks for free. The website is also offering ideas and videos for activities that can be done at home to help keep your little one engaged! Whether you're near our stores in Lakeland, Bartow, Winter Haven, Auburndale, or Chiefland, or just stumbled upon this by accident, we hope this helps add a little joy to your family life in these unprecedented times. If you and you children are in need of food assistance during this time, please keep in mind that Polk County Public Schools has resumed providing children with school breakfasts and lunches as of March 30th. You can see the pick up hours and locations at polkschoolsfl.com. Big Brother Big Sisters of Tampa Bay has additional resources listed on their website.
